Well-known Summerside curler “Ted” Gilbert Edward Picard passed away on Wednesday at age 92. Visiting hours are 6-9 this evening at the East Prince Funeral Home. Among his many curling accomplishments, he skipped the 1987 PEI Senior Legion championship team. His wife, Luella “Lou” PIcard, a four-time PEI Seniors champ, passed away in 2009.
