The annual Lady Monctonian cashspiel wraps up tomorrow at Curl Moncton in the hub city, with 16 women’s rinks competing, including the Suzanne Birt, Kim Dolan, and Kathy O’Rourke, rinks from PEI. The final goes Sunday at 2 pm.  Birt edged O’Rourke 3-2 in an extra end in last year’s all-PEI final.

In this year’s event, both Birt and O’Rourke currently have 3-1 win-loss records, and play again at 8:30, while Dolan, 2-2, is currently on the ice against Mary-Anne Arsenault (4-0). O’Rourke beat Birt 5-3 this morning.
