The Brad Gushue rink, which includes PEI native Brett Gallant (at right in the picture) downed the Scottish Kyle Smith rink 6-1 in six ends in this afternoon’s final of the Mercure Perth Masters, in Perth Scotland, stealing a triple in the 5th end to put the game out of reach for the Scots. The Gushue squad will pocket around $10,000 Canadian for the win.
