Berry rink split games on Thursday in Canadian Masters playoffs to sit at 4-3

PEI’s Shirley Berry rink split their Thursday games at the Canadian Masters Curling Championships at the Whitehorse Curling Club. They picked up a 6-5 win over Judy Burgess’ Nova Scotia rink, but lost 8-2 to Manitoba, who picked up a five point first end, and have an overall win-loss record to 4-3.  The Island squad play the Host team, and Alberta today. The semi-finals go Saturday, with the men’s and women’s finals on Sunday.
