Maple Leaf Curling Club receives funding for new de-humidifying heat pump system

The Honourable Gail Shea, Minister of Fisheries and Oceans, on behalf of the Honourable
Rob Moore, Minister of State (ACOA), announced recently that funding has been provided to a number of rural communities in PEI for upgrading of key infrastructure resources, under the Canada 150 Community Infrastructure Program (CIP 150) funding.

Among the recipients were the Maple Leaf Curling Club Inc. in O’Leary, who will purchase and install a new de-humidifying heat pump system, and carry out related electric upgrades.
