The finalists and award winners have been announced for the Sport P.E.I.’s 2015 amateur sport awards.
The awards will be presented Wednesday, Feb. 3, at the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel.
Vying for the Bell Aliant senior male athlete of the year award will be softball’s Jeff Ellsworth, curler Brett Gallant and biathlete Carsen Campbell.

Ellsworth captained Canada to two international gold medals last year. Gallant played second on the Brad Gushue rink that had great success during the past 12 months, with three grand slam wins. Campbell represented Canada on the International Biathlon Union circuit, and won national medals.
