Curling wrapping up at Island clubs

Curling is wrapping up at PEI’s seven full-time curling facilities, with the last closing bonspiels scheduled for next weekend.
The Montague Curling Rink’s “Milkcan” spiel goes this weekend. Here is the opening draw:

“The Meltdown” goes April 8-10 in Crapaud, while the 47th annual D. Alex MacDonald Closing Spiel takes place April 8 and 9 at the Silver Fox in Summerside. The Charlottetown Curling Complex is holding their Season Finale Spiel on April 2. The Western Community Curling Club in Alberton is holding their Saunders Variety spiel on April 1, and their closing spiel on April 8-10. The Maple Leaf Curling Club in O’Leary held its closing bonspiel the weekend of March 18.
