Larry Richards Brier Bound (updated with CBC radio interview)

Montague Curling Club Manager and Head Ice Technician Larry Richards is heading to the 2017 Tim Hortons Brier Canadian Men’s Curling Championship, which takes place March 4-12 in St. John’s NL. He’ll be part of the ice crew, making curling ice at the 7000 seat Mile One Centre in downtown St. John’s, home to the St. John’s IceCaps of the American Hockey League. Larry also does the ice at the Charlottetown Curling Complex, assists with putting in the ice at a number of other PEI curling clubs, and was part of the ice crew for the national Travelers Curling Club Championship in Ottawa in 2015, among other events.
