PEI Men 2-1, Women 2-2 at Canadian Masters

Going into Wednesday play at the Canadian Masters, for curlers age 60 and over, in Guelph, the PEI Men’s team, skipped by Bill Hope, has a 2-1 win-loss record, while the Women’s foursome, skipped by Sandy Hope (Bill’s wife) is 2-2.

The men’s rink picked up wins over Ontario and the Yukon, and lost a close 7-5 game to Ontario. They play Manitoba, and Northern Ont.’s undefeated Al Hackner today, and wrap up the round robin against Nova Scotia (Steve Ogden) Thurs. afternoon.

The women’s squad recorded victories  over Nova Scotia and Northern Ontario, and lost to Ontario and Manitoba. They finish round robin play against the Yukon this afternoon.
