Tuesday at the Road to the Roar in Summerside

The full four draws a day round robin schedule begins today and continues through Friday at the Home Hardware Road to the Roar Pre-Trials at Credit Union Place in Summerside, with draws at 8 am, 12 noon, and 4 and 8 pm Atlantic time.

Summerside area (Seven Mile Bay)  native and Charlottetown resident Adam Casey, now skipping a rink from Saskatchewan, and seeded eighth in the 14 team men’s field, hits the ice in the 4 pm draw, against the only Atlantic Canadian men’s team in the event, skipped by Jamie Murphy out of the Halifax Curling Club. Theresa Breen of Halifax takes on Alberta’s Shannon Kleibrink in the noon draw.
