Canada captures Strathcona Cup by 325 stones

The 2018 Strathcona Cup Tour, with Canadians curling in Scotland, is over, with Team Canada winning by 325 stones, Four Prince Edward Islanders were on the tour – George Koke from the Montague Curling Club, Bill Jenkins, who skipped his Charlottetown rink to victory at the 1977 World Junior Curling Championships, and is now living in St. John’s NL, Bob MacWilliams, who recently moved from Long Creek PEI to Sackville NB and was representing both the Sackville NB and Cornwall PEI curling clubs, and Jeremy MacDonald, former Provincial Junior finalist out of Cornwall, who curled there until age 25, when he moved to Ontario for work. Jenkins and MacWilliams were teammates for the Tour.
