Sask. still unbeaten, Alberta, NS 6-1 at Cdn. Firefighters, PEI, NB drop to 0-6

Team PEI, skipped by Gordon MacFadyen out of the Summerside Fire Department, are still looking for a win at the 59th Canadian Firefighters Curling Championship in Thunder Bay, following two more losses on Tuesday – 9-1 to BC, and 9-4 to Southern Ontario.

2013 champ Gregg Tarasoff of Saskatchewan remains unbeaten at 6-0, while 2016 champ Chad Stevens of Nova Scotia and 2017 champ Aaron Bartling of Alberta are at 6-1. PEI and NB are the only teams without a win, both with six losses. PEI plays unbeaten Saskatchewan Wednesday morning, while either PEI or NB will pick up a win in the afternoon, as they play each other. PEI  wraps up round robin play on Thursday against Manitoba and Northern Ontario.
