Losses to Martin and Jordison send the Rod MacDonald rink down the Brier standings

CALGARY — It was Blue Monday for P.E.I.’s Rod MacDonald following an 8-3 loss at the hands of 2008 Brier and world champion Glenn Howard Monday afternoon at the Canadian men’s curling championship.
The Island squad dropped a 6-5 extra-end decision to Saskatchewan’s Joel Jordison in the morning draw and enter today’s play with a 2-3 record.
