SUMMERSIDE — Mel Bernard and his Silver Fox Curling and Yacht Club host team stole a point in the final end to defeat Eugene Hritzuk’s defending champion rink from Saskatchewan 6-5 Sunday night in the Canadian Seniors Curling championship.
With the win Bernard and his P.E.I. team of Blair Jay, Doug Simmons and Earle Proude improved their record to 3-0.
