As his teammates were psyching themselves up last night for their curling match, George Mitchell was gathering his courage for another reason.
The 53-year-old was about to ask his girlfriend of three years, Josee Larocque, 41, to marry him.
“Sure I’m nervous, but I’ve never been happier in all my life,” laughed Mitchell moments before popping the question.
