VANCOUVER — With the exception of winning a medal, there’s not much left for Cheryl Bernard’s team to accomplish at these Winter Games.
With two wins on Tuesday Canada wrapped up the round robin in first place while securing last rock in the semi-final and if they make it, the final too.
In the morning, Bernard’s team won a 6-5 extra-end thriller over Great Britain and then took a 7-3 triumph over Russia in the evening. That pushed her team’s record to a convincing 8-1.
