The PEI Curling Association will be holding its annual awards presentations tonight at 8.30pm, upstairs at the Charlottetown Curling Club. The presentations will be preceded by the Association’s Annual General Meeting, which will commence at 6.30pm, downstairs.
The association has expanded its awards this year, and Sport PEI/ADL Certificates of Achievement will be awarded in the following categories, consisting of three finalists. The full list of finalists is as follows;
Junior Female 15 and under: Emily Gray, Jenny McLean and Veronica Smith
Junior Female 20 and under: Sarah Fullerton, Amanda MacLean and Tiffany Sweet
Junior Male 15 and under: Kyle Hughes, Matthew MacLean and Tyler Smith
Junior Male 20 and under: Anson Carmody, Brett Gallant and Adam Casey
Top Female Curler: Shirley Berry, Erin Carmody and Kathy O’Rourke
Top Male Curler: Robert Campbell, Rod MacDonald and Mark O’Rourke
