Homan rink heading to Cranbrook (CCA)

Rachel Homan has been making waves in the curling world since the age of 14, winning four consecutive Ontario Provincial Bantam Championships between 2003 and 2006. This year she leads one of the hottest young teams on the women’s curling circuit to Cranbrook for the Canada Cup. In 2011 Homan earned her first trip to the Scotties and was in contention all week at the Charlottetown Civic Centre, winding up with a fourth place finish. Based on last season’s points standings in the Canadian Team Ranking System they’ll be playing for the 2011 Canada Cup starting November 30th in the Cranbook Rec Plex.
