Mark Kinney Memorial Bonspiel for Addictions Awareness leads off series of charity spiels at Ch’town Curling Complex

The Charlottetown Curling Complex is pleased to be hosting a series of Saturday Charity Funspiels.  Each spiel is $20-25 per person and includes games, food, prizes, and entertainment. You can sign up as a single or group and have fun while raising money for good causes.

The next Charity Funspiel is the Mark Kinney Memorial Spiel which will raise money for Addictions Awareness and will be held on Saturday December 15. Mark Kinney was a former club member and three-time provincial junior curling champion who struggled with addiction, and passed away suddenly on July 1, 2010 at the age of 33.

The other Charity Funspiels will be running on January 5, February 2, and March 2.  If you are interested in participating you may sign up at the complex, or call Adam Arsenault at 940-1110.
