They’re on their second attempt, and are now routed through St. John’s, Toronto, Halifax, Philadelphia, Cleveland, New York, London, and Edinburgh, as the Brad Gushue rink, which includes PEI natives Adam Casey and Brett Gallant, make their way to the Perth Masters in Perth Scotland, which gets underway tomorrow, and wraps up on Sunday. To make matters worse, there is now word that they have been sitting on the tarmac for over an hour, as the flight out of St. John’s is delayed due to a mechanical problem with the plane. Their first game is Thursday at 8:30 pm Perth time.
