PEI’s Suzanne Birt rink won a close one this afternoon over Quebe’s Allison Ross foursome, at the Scotties in Kingston. stealing two points in an extra end for an 8-6 win.
PEI is now at 3-3, with Quebec at 2-3. Ontario (Rachel Homan), Manitoba (Jennifer Jones) and Team Canada (Heather Nedohin) continue to lead with 5-0 records. PEI has the evening off, and plays Northwest Territories and BC tomorrow.
