The Ford Word Women’s Curling Championship is coming to Saint John, March 15-23, 2014 at Harbour Station. And with the launch of two new ticket packages, local sports fans can guarantee the same great seats for every day of the action.
Mini packs are now on sale to reserve seats to see the top shooters in the game compete for the world title. The 12-team field will include many of the athletes who represented their countries at the 2014 Sochi Olympics.
The First 5 mini pack, priced at just $99, guarantees the same great seat for the opening five draws on Saturday and Sunday at the Ford World Women’s.
Adding to the value is the fact that Team Canada plays in three of the five draws – Draw 1, 3, and 5.
The Last 5 ticket package features a prime seat for the final five draws, including all the action of the playoffs and championship final, at a cost of $139.
Along with the two mini packs, the Host Committee has introduced the Rocks In Your Socks promotion, just in time for the festive shopping season. For $29 fans can purchase a pair of tickets for draws six through 17 of round robin play. It’s the perfect stocking stuffer for anyone’s holiday gift list.

Two other ticket packages are also available at a price of $339. The Old Classic full event pass guarantees the same seat for all 22 draws. And the Full Flex package features a voucher for 22 tickets that can be redeemed for any number of tickets to any number of draws. The only limitation is a maximum of four tickets to the championship final. Redemption deadline for the flex vouchers is February 21, 2014.
Every ticket to the Ford World Women’s Curling Championship comes with complimentary admission to the Patch, where curling fans gather to party in between and following the draws. And the party’s just a short walk down the pedway from the arena in the Saint John Trade and Convention Centre.
With a tasty selection of food and beverages and a nightly lineup of live entertainment, the Patch is also the place to meet the athletes at Team Autograph sessions and Up Close and Personal interviews.
