The opening draw was played this evening at the Advantage Communications Junior Mixed at the Crapaud Community Curling Club, with three games in the books, two in the five team Under 21 division, and one in the three team double round-robin U16 section.
In the U16, the Owen Collier rink from Montague doubled the Mitchell Schut foursome from the Cornwall and Crapaud Community clubs 8-4, while Danielle Collings and her Montague rink beat Cornwall’s Kelly-Lynn Younker team 10-4, and Alan MacLean and his Silver Fox Curling & Yacht Club (Summerside) and Cornwall Curling Club team doubled the Leslie Noye rinks 8-4.
Friday draws are at 2 and 6 pm.
