The PEI Curling Hall of Fame and Museum has announced its first four winners of junior curling scholarships, which have been provided courtesy of anonymous donors. The annual scholarships, totalling $3000, are administered by the Hall, and are awarded based on financial need and passion for the game.
Male Recipients
James Dalton of Summerside was awarded $1000 and Brooks Roche of Montague received $500.
Female Recipients
The top two female junior curlers were tied when rated against the criteria, and Sabrina Smith of Breadalbane and Jenny McLean of Summerside each received $750.
