Lenentine rink drops 9-6 decision to N.B. (Journal)

MacFadyen back on the ice Thursday night

SHAWINIGAN, Que. – New Brunswick’s Justine Comeau rink took advantage of last-rock advantage against P.E.I.’s Lauren Lenentine squad on Thursday afternoon.

Comeau scored three deuces and one three-ender with the hammer en route to a 9-6 victory over the P.E.I. representative from the Cornwall Curling Club in a championship round matchup at the 2018 New Holland Canadian junior curling championships on Thursday morning. Lenentine is back in action against Alberta’s Kayla Skrlik, who took a 4-3 record into Thursday afternoon’s draw.

In men’s play, the Alex MacFadyen-skipped rink from the Silver Fox in Summerside will play Saskatchewan’s Rylan Kleiter (2-5) on Thursday evening.
