PEI beats N. Ont., loses to Quebec to go to 3-5 at Canadian Firefighters

The rink of Alan Brown, Will Callbeck, Mike MacRae, and Winston Bryan, from the Charlottetown Fire Department, picked up their third win in Wednesday play at the 60th Annual Canadian Fire Fighters Curling Championship in Kelowna, BC. The Island team edged Northern Ontario 9-8, helped out by a five point fifth end, before losing 8-2 to Quebec. The Charlottetown firefighters end round robin play today against Alberta and Saskatchewan.
