To add more detail, everyone starts out with safety first, regardless if you curled before. Use of helmets and delivery stabilizers are mandatory so that everyone is equal. The program starts with the basics and adds new stuff each week. Some of the time is off ice, like stretching and description of the session plan.

The instructors are the same group each week. They are trained, paid from your participation fee, and reliable. To start, for every eight participants, there is one instructor. Everyone is encouraged to socialize after the session, get to know others, share ideas and get questions answered.

If I didn’t answer your questions, contact me at [email protected] or by phone/text at 902-213-4043, and I will try my best to answer them!
