Curling Day in Canada is Feb. 27. Mark your calendar and join the celebration! (Curling Canada)

This year has been a year of adjusting, but that doesn’t stop us from celebrating the sport of curling – we adjust and #keepcurling.

How have you continued to curl or stay connected to your curling community over these past few months? Maybe it was a backyard rink, you and your teammates wearing matching masks, Zoom social times, or watching the great curling reruns on TSN.

No matter how you have managed to #keepcurling, we want to know!

Let the countdown to the Curling Day in Canada 2021 celebrations begin—there are so many amazing ways that you can safely get involved throughout the lead-up and day-of festivities on February 27th, 2021.

Here are some of the ways you can join in on the fun:

Share your favourite personal curling story by February 1st and your submission could be selected to advance to the voting round for the chance to win a trip for four to the 2022 Tim Hortons Brier!
Let us know how your curling centre will safely celebrate Curling Day in Canada, in person or virtually, for the chance to host the iconic Brier Tankard throughout the day! Share your plans by the February 1st submission deadline.
Celebrate by joining Canada’s BIG Game & Fundraiser on February 27th for the chance to win a $10,000 renovation grant for your curling centre. Check out all the easy (and fun!) ways that you can earn ballots!

So, make sure to mark your calendar, get your curling gear ready, and don’t forget to join the conversation with using the hashtags #CurlingDayinCanada and #KeepCurling on social media.

Stay safe and #keepcurling,

Danny Lamoureux
Director, Club Development and Event Operations

P.S. Don’t miss the chance to look great while supporting the sport you love! All proceeds from YOUR Curling Day in Canada purchase will support youth curling programs across Canada.
