With PEI opting out of the Atlantic Bubble, and increased restrictions in place in our neighbouring provinces, some adjustments and cancellations are happening with Maritime curling events.

The Montague Curling Club, in conjunction with nearby sponsor Bogside Brewing, is still scheduled to hold this weekend’s Bogside Classic Cashspiel but has cancelled the non-PEI teams and opened the cashspiel up to all Island teams. Entry fee was reduced to $150.00 and the event goes Nov. 28 and 29 only.

Across the Strait in Amherst NS, the Grey Cup of Curling Bonspiel, scheduled for January 8-10, has been cancelled this season and refunds are being issued for entries to-date.
