Learn the basics of regular and stick curling with FREE Quick Sessions on Nov. 7th at the Cornwall Curling Club

Check out the Cornwall Curling Club’s FREE “Learn to Curl~Quick Sessions!” on Saturday, November 7th, 2020.

Please pre-register by emailing  cornwallcurling@eastlink.ca or calling 902-566-4427 by Thursday, November 5th. Let them know which session you are interested in.

11 am to 12 noon:
Introduction to Stick Curling: For people new to throwing from a standing position with a delivery stick, but not necessarily new to curling in general. Curlers will learn to deliver and release a stone, followed by an opportunity to practice their skills.

2 pm to 4 pm
Introduction to Curling: This is an entry-level clinic to teach the basics of regular curling. Over the course of two hours, curlers will learn the fundamentals of sliding, sweeping, and rules.
