Games D and E will only be played if ties; otherwise team with best record from A, B, C would win championship, and second best record would be runnerup. If two teams tied for 1st then there would be a sudden death playoff for 1st and 2nd. If two teams tied for 2nd there would be a playoff for 2nd. If all three teams tied, then the normal method of tie breaking would be used and teams placed 2nd and third would playoff in D with the winner playing the first place team in E.
