Notes: the Senior Men will play a double knockout, while the Women will play a round-robin with a Page playoff.

The Page works as follows: the top four teams from the round-robin advance to the Page round. The first and second place teams play off, with the winner advancing directly to the final. The third and fourth place teams play off, with the winner playing the loser of the 1st place vs 2nd place game in the semi-final.
