MacKay took on Charlottetown's Lauren Moerike rink in this afternoon's semi-final, keeping Moerike off the scoreboard for the first five ends, to lead 6-0, and hung on for an 8-3 win. The Noye foursome beat the Tyler Smith team from the Montague and Crapaud clubs, who were the first team to qualify out off the triple knockout for the championship round, but lost 7-5 to MacFadyen in the Page 1 vs 2 game to drop down to the semi-final, by a 5-2 score.

Other members of the winning O'Connor rink are Meghan Ching, who plays third, but throws fourth rocks, along with second Lauren Lenentine, and lead Breanne Burgoyne, with coach Pat Quilty. The runner-up MacKay team includes third Kaleigh Peters, second Alyssa Wright, and lead Madeline Arsenault, with coach Dario Zannier.

Rounding out the winning MacFadyen team are third James Dalton, second stone Matthew MacDonald, and lead Peter MacFadyen, with coach Dave MacFadyen. Completing the runner-up Noye rink are third stone Jacob Wilkins, second Dylan Vincent, and first stone Alex Ramsay, with coach Roger Gavin.

Eight boys and six girls rinks took part.
