An Atlantic High Performance Wheelchair Camp will be held at the Crapaud Community Curling Club from January 14-16, 2011. The camp is geared toward athletes who have competed at the Wheelchair Curling Nationals, or aspire to in the future. Funding assistance for travel, accommodation, and meals will be provided by the Canadian Curling Association, who are also covering ice rental costs, and expenses to bring in resources including National Team Coach Wendy Morgan, and Dr. Laura Farres, National Team Mental Trainer.
Wheelchair curlers planning to attend are asked to confirm their attendance by January 1st, 2011 via email to hradford@nscurl.com.

Friday, January 14th
2:30pm – Introductions and Technical Review
3:30pm – On ice Technical Review
5:30pm – Dinner
7:00pm – Game (during this time Dr. Laura will meet with players one-on-one as well)
Saturday, January, 15th
10:00am – On ice Drills and Video Analysis
12 noon – Lunch
1:00pm – Off ice Strategy, Mental Preparation, Team Dynamics
4:00pm – Game
6:00pm – Dinner
Sunday, January 16th
10:00am – Game
