Cornwall invites new curlers, non-members to Drop-In Curling this Friday evening

The Cornwall Curling Club’s first “Drop-In” Curling night of the season goes this Friday, Oct. 30, from 7-9pm. Teams will play one six end game. Both non-members and members of the Club are welcome.

It’s a great way to introduce new players to the game or to give those with busy schedules a chance to get in a game among friends. It’s also a great way for new curlers, those who have recently attended a curling school, and prospective members to play the sport. New curlers will be put on teams with experienced players who will help them out.

Since it’s Hallowe’en weekend, curlers are invited to show up in costume, with a prize for the best costume! Munchies will be served and the bar and Pro Shop will be open.

This event is FREE for Club members. A “Drop In Fee” of $10 will apply for non-members.

No need to sign up – just show up, and you will be put on a team.
