MacFadyen scores five points in final half of Fall Fling final
SUMMERSIDE – Alex MacFadyen proved on Sunday it’s not how teams start a game, but rather how they finish it that counts.

MacFadyen and his rink from the host Silver Fox Curling and Yacht Club scored five points in the last half of the game en route to a 6-4 win over Tyler Smith of the Montague Curling Club in the men’s final of the Fall Fling junior cashspiel on Sunday afternoon.
MacFadyen’s teammates are third stone Kyle Holland, second stone Matthew MacDonald and lead Parker MacFadyen. Dave MacFadyen coaches the rink.
In the women’s final, Mary Fay of the Chester Curling Club in Nova Scotia defeated Lauren Lenentine of the Cornwall Curling Club.
