Canadian Masters continues in BC – PEI Women in Ch’ship Pool, Men in seeding pool

Play continues at the 2018 Coastland Engineering & Surveying Canadian Masters Curling Championships in Surrey and Whiterock BC.

The PEI women’s team, skipped by Sandy Hope, finished round robin play with a 2-3 win-loss record, and advanced to the Championship Pool, where they lost their first game, 10-3 to BC. Teams carry their round robin draw results into this pool, where they now sit at 2-4. PEI plays Quebec this morning, Northern Ont. this afternoon, and BC on Saturday morning.

The PEI men, skipped by Bill Hope, finished the round robin at 2-4, and are now playing in the seeding pool to determine positioning for next year. They lost their first Seeding Pool game 5-4 to Newfoundland and Labrador, and play Nova Scotia this afternoon, and Northwest Territories Saturday afternoon.
