It’s playoff time for the Brett Gallant rink at the 2009 world junior curling championships.
The Canadian representatives from the Charlottetown Curling Club finished finished first in the round robin at 8-1 (won-lost), and will face Denmark in the 1-vs.-2 Page playoff game today at 4 p.m. (AT). The winner of that game will go directly to Sunday’s gold-medal game at 5 p.m. The loser will play the winner of the Sweden-vs.-United States sudden-death game in Saturday’s semifinal at 11 p.m. (AT).
