(SportPEI) Get set for the Adult Sport Fair and Expo!!!

Sport PEI is delighted to announce that it will be hosting a Sports and Activity Fair and Expo for adults on Saturday, January 30, from 9am-4pm at the UPEI Sport Centre and CARI facility.

 The fair will be a great opportunity not only to learn about new sport and activity classes, but also to join in and experience whether the activity is indeed right for you!

 The active demo zone in the UPEI gym will host classes in yoga, tai chi, Cross Fit, pilates, Be FIt, Drums Alive, and a class called “Ordinary Joes Can Train Like The Pros,” hosted by Andrews Sport Science Centre. The pool in the CARI facility will also be used, and participants can take part in various aquafitness classes in the afternoon.

 Numerous other vendors will be on site to tell you about their classes and programs, and the cost to enter is just $2. Bring your sneakers and/or your swimsuit, and be prepared to have fun, join in, and find an activity which fits into your lifestyle.  

 There will be activities and supervision too for the youngsters.

 The fair will be an outstanding opportunity for you to find out what is best for YOUR active lifestyle.
