Rebecca Jean MacPhee, who has played either skip or third on six provincial women’s curling championship teams, will be getting married on Friday to Roger MacDonald, originally from Souris. MacPhee is the daughter of Bill and Norma MacPhee of Stratford, and the sister of five-time PEI women’s champion Robyn MacPhee. The marriage takes place at 4 pm Friday Oct. 8 at Zion Presbyterian Church in Charlottetown, and family and friends are invited to the wedding dance at 9 pm at the Georgian Room of the Rodd Charlottetown Hotel.

Rebecca Jean is also third stone on  the current PEI Mixed championship team, skipped by Robert Campbell, set to compete in the Canadian Mixed, November 20-27 in Morris Manitoba.
