Four PEI women’s rinks, skipped by Kathy O’Rourke, Suzanne Birt, Rebecca Jean MacPhee, and Donna Butler, are taking part in the Lady Monctonian Cashspiel this weekend at Curling Beauséjour in Moncton. After some technical difficulties, live results are now available.

In draw one, Butler lost to Theresa Breen, and Birt to Andrea Kelly.
In draw two, O’Rourke lost to Ashley Howard, MacPhee beat Sylvie Robichaud,
In draw three, Birt lost to Colleen Pinkney, and Butler to Andrea Kelly.
In draw four, MacPhee lost 5-4 to Jennifer Crouse, while O’Rourke beat Melissa Adams 8-6.
The 8:30 draw is underway, with Birt playing Tanya Hilliard, and Butler playing the Danielle Parsons rink from Halifax, which includes PEI native Anita Casey playing third stone.
First Saturday draw is at 9 am. The final and consolation final go Sunday at 2:30 pm.
Twenty teams are taking part.
