Manitoba’s Steve Irwin rink of third Justin Rabe, second Cody Rabe and lead Sheldon Wettig remained perfect at 5-0 with 7-4 win after seven ends over New Brunswick’s Barry Lewis rink of third Robert Leblanc, second Dan Crouse and lead Jim Hazlehurst during the men’s 10 a.m. draw in Charlottetown.
Like their male provincial counterparts, Stacey Fordyce’s rink of third Kristy Ritchey, second Stacey Irwin and lead Pam Gouldie defeated New Brunswick’s Shelly Graham rink of third Jocelyn Pachal, second Connie Nichol and lead Kim Chapman 11-3 during the women’s 1:30 p.m. draw in Charlottetown to remain unbeaten at 5-0.
