(CCA) This is a final reminder about today’s Scotties Volunteer Rally  between 10am-1pm at the Charlottetown Civic Centre. The following schedule is a guideline — please feel free to drop in at a time that best meets your needs. 
 
10:00am-10:45am = Facilities (Arena, Rocks & Ice/Communications & Media Room/Construction & Signage/Officials, Stats & Timers) Security & Accreditation (Security, accreditation, ushers/ticket takers)
 
10:45am-11:30am = HeartStop (Banking/Bar Services/Volunteers/Facilities Promotions (Community Events/Curling Clubs/Paint the Town/Program Sales)
 
11:30am-12:15pm = Hosting (Info Services & Ambassadors/Medical Services/Lounges/Team Services & Transportation)
 
12:15pm-1:00pm = Special Events & Volunteers (Banquets & Receptions/Ceremonies/Decorations/FANtastic/Volunteers & Merchandising)
 
This will be your opportunity to pick up your volunteer reward package and meet your fellow volunteers.
 
For those who need to be sized for your clothing and pay your volunteer reward fee, feel free to drop in anytime between 10-1pm.
 
*Please note that you will need to pick up your accreditation badge in person.
 
If you are unable to pick up your volunteer reward fee this Saturday, there will be two additional sessions at the Charlottetown Curling Club, Saturday, February 5 from 10am-12:00pm and Wednesday, February 9 from 5pm-8pm.
