Blowouts littered the sheets Sunday morning at the Scotties Tournament of Hearts at the Civic Centre.

Defending champion Jennifer Jones and her Team Canada foursome from Winnipeg stole single points in the second and third ends, and three more in the third, then counted five in the sixth en route to a 12-1 rout of Kerry Galusha of the Yukon-Northwest Territories.

The lopsided result allowed Canada to use its fifth player, as Janet Arnott came on in the seventh end at lead, replacing Dawn Askin.

Canada’s record improves to 2-0, while the Territories falls to 0-3.

Quebec’s Marie-France Larouche, who dropped a tough 7-6 decision to Jones on Saturday night, bounced back with four in the fifth end en route to a 10-5 triumph over Nova Scotia’s Heather Smith-Dacey.
