2011 Scotties final – the 2nd most watched Canadian women’s curling final ever

TSN is reporting that the 2011 Scotties final at the Charlottetown Civic Centre, between Amber Holland and Jennifer Jones, averaged 1.08 million viewers,  making it the second most-watched final ever in the event’s history, second only to last year’s final between Jones, and PEI’s Kathy O’Rourke rink, which attracted an average of 1.2 million viewers.

 During the round robin, the game between Jennifer Jones and her fired third, Cathy Overton-Clapham, attracted an audience of 647,000 viewers, the third highest Scotties round robin audience ever, peaking at more than 1.1 million viewers at the end of the game.
