Following this afternoon’s 2pm draw, the first two qualifiers for the 10 am Sunday semi-finals have been selected at the 2nd annual Gahan Brewery cashspiel, at the Montague Curling Club. The finals in this 16 team Atlantic Curling Tour event go Sunday at 1 pm.

In this afternoon’s draw, PEI’s Bill Hope rink beat Team Subaru, while Team Revolve defeated PEI’s Mike Gaudet foursome to grab the first two spots in the semis.

In other games, Jamie Newson beat Chris Sutherland, while Brent MacDougall won over Brett Gallant. The final two qualifier games in this double-knockout event with a consolation round go tonight at 8 o’clock.
