Only the 1 pm final remains at the Gahan Brewery Atlantic Curling Tour cashspiel at the Montague Curling Club. This morning’s semi-finals saw one game that was very close, and one game that saw only one team make it to the scoreboard.
Nova Scotia’s Team Revolve, which is skipped by Jamie Murphy, didn’t get to play the second half of their game, which they won 7-0 over PEI’s Jamie Newson rink, while the game between Bill Hope of PEI and defending event champion Brent MacDougall of Nova Scotia went to an extra end, with MacDougall winning 9-8.
PEI’s Sam Ramsay foursome beat the Colton Steele rink from Nova Scotia by a 5-1 score in the Consolation final.
