The Bronze medal game between Team Canada and Sweden and the Gold medal game between Switzerland and Italy are underway at the Youth Olympic Games in Innsbruck Austria.

After three ends in the Bronze match, Canada leads Sweden 3-1, while the Swiss lead the Italians 4-1 after three ends in the Gold game.
