Remaining clubs getting ready to open

The Maple Leaf Curling Club in O’Leary are holding an open house and registration on October 27th, 2012 from 2pm until 4pm. Come out for an afternoon visiting with friends and see the renovations to the club. Refreshments will be served.

The Western Community Curling Club in Alberton are holding their annual meeting tonight, and are getting ready to paint the circles on their ice.

The ice should be ready to throw rocks on Tuesday at the Montague Curling Club, in advance of this weekend’s cashspiel.

The Crapaud Community Curling Club are planning to have league play ready to start the week of November 5th, with some free ice time for new curlers, and those anxious to get out on the ice during the weekend of Nov 1 -4th ( possibly before that, depending on the ice).
