9am-4pm, Saturday, November 30, 2013 at the Charlottetown Curling Complex (tentative)
Registration deadline: November 25
Cost for either clinic is $35.00.

About Umpire Courses
Curl PEI offers Level One and Level Two Umpire Certification programs on a regular basis. These courses are not only to develop umpires but also to help curlers become more knowledgeable about the officiating system and the rules of the game.
Presently there are five levels of officiating.
Level One – Game Observer, Time Keeper, and Hogline Officiating
Level Two – Provincial/Territorial Supervising Official
Level Three – Provincial/Territorial Head Official
Level Four – National Supervising Official (national championship)
Level Five – National Head Official (national championship)
